Today I had the opportunity to present an overview of Arbonne's 30 Days to Healthy Living Program to a great group of business owners!!
(Its hard to get everyone in the pic 😁)

I've been thinking about this day since I woke up
I could certainly post a picture of my husband and I and the love I have for him and I would be totally on point but, I started thinking about my mom, my siblings, my children and it hit me....love looks like So Much More.
❤ When your neighbor steps in to help with your poochie cuz you're gone so much helping family
❤ A friend calling you to check in to see how you're holding up
❤ Your husband leaving work to come hold you cuz you're overwhelmed and losing it at the hospital
❤ your mom's neighbor brings in her garbage can
❤ another neighbor repeatedly asks what she can do to help from home as she is laid up with a broken ankle
❤ random texts from siblings
❤ phone calls also to siblings where I can rant and spiral but almost always leaves me laughing and feeling so much better
❤ a surprise visit from a cousin I haven't seen since I was 12
❤ the kindness and care shown by so many nurses and doctors and other medical folks shown over the past 6 weeks
I could go on.
The point is, love can be found everywhere everyday. I am eternally grateful for all that I have in my life.
I hope you see and feel the love that is all around you too today and everyday 💘

Day 2 of another goal to and for myself

This is the kind of positivity I love in my life.
This lime tree of mine produced not one lime during the summer. The summer before it gave me 22!
But look at it now 😮 In the middle of Winter 😜
It just decided NOW is the time to bloom. It's not listening to or watching other lime trees...its just going for it 😍

I started the committed to finishing the year strong and while I didn't do it perfectly, I am proud of what I did accomplish!
I drank the stupid 70 oz of water nearly every day.
I wrote my gratitude and dreams every day.
I stuck to the things I had committed to giving up during those 90 days; Sober October, 3 weeks of no alcohol in November, and 2 weeks in December. Even in the time I could have a beverage, I didn't do much. Even while on a getaway.
I'm going into the stronger, with traction for the whole year. I'm going Ready. Recommitted to a healthier life. Full of for my life and business. Full of belief that some of those dreams that I have for my life will come true.
Here's to the new chances to become the more me and the YOU you are meant to be ❤
