To finish off a very busy week, we climbed a mountain to feed the Mansfield University, Lycoming College, Lock Haven University, and Penn College of Technology Army ROTC programs today! The Cadets earned the Hand Hewn award for “Hardest Hit Buffet Line” after their weekend of missions and training. 🙂 Thank you all for having us and, most importantly, for your service! 🇺🇸

Shout out to Sylvester Quality Meats for hooking us up with a good looking belly and to the local yokel who let us cook this beauty up for them!

SOLD OUT and all smiles at the Elkland Softball Association complex today! Our community came together in a big way to support a wonderful family and we are so thankful to have been a part of it.

Saturday, 10/2, we’ll be serving up pulled pork at the Elkland Softball Association complex for a benefit for the lovely little Miss Alice Kohut and her family. 100% of the proceeds go to the Kohut family! We’re excited to be a part of this special day and hope to see you all there!

We’ll have a small batch of Hand Hewn shirts with us tomorrow, including a very limited quantity of these little gems!

Two notes:

1. To the other NTSD Principals: We’re not saying that there IS a “Feed your staff” contest, but if there WERE, Mr. Kaufman would be winning it!

2. To the Williamson Staff: We have a Senior, Sophomore, and 7th grader who can double as BBQ couriers if anyone needs a pick-me-up…. OR a giant turkey drumstick!
