I'm Dana and live in Spirit Lake with my husband Matt and 'almost' 17 year old daughter Mackenzie.

I spend my days working for the American Cancer Society and love going on walks, cycling, hot yoga, biking, and watching Kenzie do what she loves on the track, softball field and volleyball court!

I fell in love with ZYIA a couple of years ago and decided this past Fall to sign up and share my love of the clothing with others!

I am passionate about living a balanced lifestyle. I also love inspiring and encouraging other women. So this business of wearing and sharing activewear (FROM HOME) is the PERFECT fit for me.
