What are your thoughts on Joe Cunningham? Do you know who he is? Would you vote for him for governor?

It’s time for Sunday Morning Discussion with Thomas.
I want to have a discussion about something going on. I’ve been reading people saying this for a while now, and one of my friends brought it up on a post of mine yesterday, and some people are really upset about this, and I don’t understand why.
The topic is Bill Gates buying farmland. People have been talking about this a lot in the last several months, (along with how Bill Gates is putting chips in the vaccines, but WE ARE NOT talking about that on my page!). The big topic is that he is now the largest farmland owner in the US.
According to news articles I’ve found (USA Today) he’s not even in the top 50. According to People magazine, he’s the largest owner of “farmland” at 268,000 acres.
I don’t understand what the big concern is. Rich people have been buying land for years. It’s a good investment. Ted Turner owns 2 million acres of land and is the second largest landowner in the US. The Vanderbilts owned 100,000 around Biltmore at one time.
So, what is your thoughts and opinions?
