Meet our two newest products in our lineup: Gayo and Kintamani Natural Processed Coffee. Scored high on the cupping table, both are delicious coffee you need to try🎉

While Indonesian coffees are known for their Wet Hulled Process, which creates an earthy flavor profile that emphasizes on rich and syrupy body, our Natural Processed coffees have a more complex, fruity flavor notes.

Natural process means the coffee cherries were placed on raised drying beds to slowly dry in the sun, allowing the coffee seeds to absorb fruit flavors and sugars from the skin.

Wednesday cupping day 🎉😉

Cupping, is a simple ritual of pouring hot water over freshly roasted coffee and sipping it. But it is so essential in helping us maintain consistent quality by tasting, smelling, and to truly feel the flavor and aroma of the coffee. It's also an ideal way to test acidity or sweetness to coffee bean, which then allows us to compare different roasts without the need to brew an actual cup every single time.
Cupping also helps us determine whether or not a new coffee that the farmers send us would be a good fit for our next lineup.
But mostly, cupping is a fun delicious good time! 💯
