On the job perks, maple syrup taste testing😋 Molly and I had fun in the kitchen recently tasting local CT maple syrups in search for a new supplier. Would you believe both of these syrups are the same Grade A Dark?? They are tapped from trees from different parts of the state therefore look and taste a little different.

I loved my relationship with Rivers Edge Sugar House in Ashford but travel time and cost are coming more into play as I grow. The order was tall to find a new supplier; It needs to be convenient, more cost effective but also has to taste delicious! CT maple syrup is one part of the trifecta of ingredients in so taste is so important😊

Maple Grove Farm came out the winner🌟Based out of North Guilford CT and a vendor at the makes it so convenient to restock! The taste was superior and fits better in the budget👍🏻 I have not raised my prices since I started this biz 4 years ago so I am doing what I can on the back end to keep the same quality product at the same price point for you❤️

It’s berry season, yeah!!🍓🫐 We are also in our first heat wave here in the North East🌞 Who wants to cook in this heat? I certainly don’t, even standing at the grill is too hot! Take advantage of these sweet little gems when they are in season and super yummy! Long day in the kitchen today prepping for 4 events this weekend! So glad I packed my new fav plant based coconut yogurt This clean yogurt is from New Zealand and making its way into the US market. I topped with Tropical flavor, so delicious😋This added just the right amount of crunch and sweetness so no need for any added sugars😉
