Woah we have been doing our biggest bathroom renovation yet!

🤌🏽👷🏻🏠 From old insulation full of moisture due to breaching water, 2-3 inches of concrete and wire mesh underneath two layers of tile (yeah tile over old tile🤦🏻‍♂️🙉),taking out walls and moving entryways, gutting it all to revamp and really make this a master bathroom. Just wait till you see what we do with it!

The snow storm had dropped a big old tree on Toms Deck here! Aside from that there was rot just about everywhere! With some structural revamps, supports, a simplified full deck railing replacement and a couple of stair rebuilds he can now enjoy his beautiful deck again!!

Another one! So we walked into a totally incorrectly done bathroom, the floor was not level, there were height differences, the shower was leaking, the installer did not place ventilation for the exhaust fan, a whole bunch of stuff!

Well we decided to tear it all down and rebuild it properly! What you see here is unfinished and wrong to a whole new start with a great looking bathroom ready for paint!

Level floor, smooth level underlayment with heated coil, smooth laser level tile work in the shower, correctly pitched shower pan, water proof membrane behind the tile in the shower, a correctly pitched niche for your soaps and shampoos, reworked plumbing, drywall fixes and finishes, finished floor tile, an installed beautiful vanity. Thank you Andrew for trusting us with your bathroom and presenting us a great opportunity to show case what we can do! 🛁

On this one we removed some water damaged subflooring. Also removed a large section of subfloor that had old glued down vinyl and replaced it. We then installed new pergo laminate flooring throughout the home. To top it off we installed new trim in a few areas that needed it.

Turned out niiiice! 👌🏽⚒️

Unsafe to SOLID. Rebuilt the balcony and replaced the Exterior door!👷🏼‍♂️🔨 ⚒️ 👷🏻
