A primary bathroom customized to perfection! We transformed the client’s new space into an oasis of their dreams. From the wall mounted faucets in polished nickel, the expansive custom cabinetry with a drop-down makeup vanity space for the lady, and an eye-catching accent wall covered in Akdo’s stagger calacatta from in the shower, this bathroom is nothing short of amazing. Award winning design for 2024 NARI Regional CotY and BARA for Residential Interior!

The design inspiration for this primary closet would capture a luxurious, sophisticated transitional feel with a bit of glam. Its well-developed layout would offer the client the high-end look they wanted with all the bells and whistles. Their dream was to have high-end materials with an elegant feel that had great creative storage solutions and mirror capabilities. The mind-blowing finished result is a high contrast of neutral materials along with a strong display feature wall design, floating island and majestic chandelier. A showstopper now it is! A timeless treasure! Our goal in this primary bath space was to create an open and airy feel just like a five-star hotel. You would never know that the existing vanity cabinet had a makeover. We transformed the vanity by adding “furniture maker” vanity legs, painting, and new polished nickel hardware. Choosing neutral colors and added texture with the use of patterned tile on the backsplash, niches, shower floor, and under the freestanding tub gave the space exceptional eye-popping elegance. We accentuated and restyled our client’s expansive villa kitchen to give it new life! Crystal chandeliers from , rich leather barstools from , along with updating the painted finishes for both the kitchen’s island and free-standing armoire. Using a stunning steel blue antiqued finish makes it a show stopper. It really is in the details! The finish is designed creatively by . Another impressive focal point is the hammered copper hood that really isn’t copper. The hood was textured and enhanced with a copper color on for both the crown and hood to make it appear as one, in this kitchen’s refresh.

time. The distinct custom hood and the open backed upper glass cabinets are the attention
grabbers of the space! We used a honed soapstone countertop on the island and a white
Macabus quartzite countertop along the perimeter walls. This kitchen has been optimized for the
