Key Energy Themes in 2023
1. Continual change
We have been through so much change, yet radical change will continue and it will still be intense.
Not everyone copes equally well with change, with many preferring the stability of sameness.
The best strategy this year is to value adaptability over stability.
Evolution is a requirement. We have to adapt and change. It leaves us vulnerable but vulnerability is a strength.
Be ok with being in it, rather than wanting it to stop and stabilize.
Become more adaptable rather than looking for stability. There’s no stability.
Trust the process as ultimately the change will be for the better!

We know all too well that procrastination causes more problems than it solves, and we get frustrated and stressed with ourselves for continuing to procrastinate anyway.
We don’t usually understand why we do it.

It is not about flossing your teeth each night while twirling on one foot clockwise…
….or taking a cold shower each morning ….
….or wearing the same outfit you call your “lucky one” each day…
….or wearing magical crystals in your pockets…
Building better, and healthier habits is not about achieving external measures of success, like having more money, losing weight, getting that expensive car or reducing stress.
Better and healthier habits can help you achieve all of these things, but fundamentally they are not about HAVING something.
They are about BECOMING that person who does and has all those things.
Better and healthier habits matter because they help you to become the type of person you wish to be.
They are the channel through which you develop your deepest beliefs about yourself.
You literally become your habits!
The real reason the habits matter it’s not because they can get you better results - but because they can change your beliefs about yourself.
Once you are aware of your habit, its no longer a habit - it is a choice you make!

Nowadays many of us are “busy” just for the sake of being busy.

The father said, "Now bring it to the pawnbroker." The girl went to the pawn shop, went back to her father and said, "The pawnbroker was only offering $100 because it's an old car."
The father asked his daughter to go to a car club and show them the car. The girl then took the car to the club, came back and told her father: "Some people at the club offered me $100,000 because "it's an iconic car sought by many collectors".

No, I do not exercise to “eat more later”.
I eat so I can exercise!
Stop “pre-burning” calories, stop lying to yourself about “I’m gonna work out harder tomorrow!”
One day of enjoying whatever traditions you and your family might have will not ruin your progress (unless that’s your excuse to stuff your face every day!)
Do not feel guilty….
Do not work out extra…..
Do not punish yourself and eat less, detox or fast the next day….
DO go and enjoy the time with your friends and loved ones and have a great day! You deserve it!
