✨Retreat✨ I took a little field trip to @paradisegardens831 today… This is a beautiful hidden gem in Aptos, CA. The vibe is just right and the healing that happened was beyond my wildest dreams! Taking time to connect with your true authentic self is such a beautiful experience. Today I spent the day with some amazing humans in a truly magical place. We did sound healing, ate amazing food, attended a TRE yoga class, connected with nature, and healed our souls. If you get a chance to check out this amazing venue. It will not disappoint!
