Smokin' 911

Just wanted to give all our wonderful customers an update.
We are in the process of moving, and should be on the new property by the end of Sep.
Our new homestead will have it’s own commercial kitchen, smoke house, and new smokers.
Please, bear with us during this transition.

We will have a limited menu for this event. Pulled pork sandwiches, loaded potatoes, smoked baked beans, and our smoked mac n cheese.

Good morning y’all. Just a quick update- the trailer is having a lil reconstructive surgery. She’s getting some new cooking equipment, refrigeration, and electrical work done.  We should be back on the road in a few weeks.
As always, ya’ll have a Smokin’ day and thank you all for your continuous support. 


We want to give y’all a heads up. With a heat index of 107 this Saturday (7/1), we will not be participating in the Jubilee.

We will be at the Long Beach Jubilee this Saturday. Come out, eat some great food, chat with great people, and enjoy the day! Hope to see y’all there.

It’s Saturday and that means Smokin’ 911 is headed to 28th and Beatline to serve up some delicious smoked foods!! If you haven’t already seen we added slow smoked birria tacos to the menu this week along with our classic favorites. So come see us and get you some taco’s, a loaded potato, a sandwich or just some meat. As always we also have Tera Reynolds-Smith’s mouth watering baked beans and Mac and cheese as sides. Looking forward to seeing y’all!!

Birria Brisket or Pulled pork tacos. Our meat is smothered in our own blend of traditional Mexican spices, then smoked low and slow for 18 hours. Come see us Saturday and grab ya some!!
