If you’re seeking a flavorsome insider's experience, then consider joining us on this new itinerary featuring some food and drink gems throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.
We’re out on safari in Tanzania right now. Amazing sightings; great group of 10 travelers; lovely accommodations.
Hop on a guided craft beer tour to discover why Wellington is known as the Craft Beer Capital of New Zealand. Fun fact: Wellingtonians and their guests consume a third of New Zealand's entire craft beer production, so they know their brews.
If you clients seek a flavorsome insider's experience, then Wellington Craft Beer Tours knows the capital's best beer spots and stand-out breweries to go behind the scenes in, meet the brewers, hear about what goes into the hoppy goodness, and taste the goods.
Expert tip: It's never far to walk between breweries in Wellington – there are 18 in the compact city, and another 30 in the region. Whistling Sisters, Fortune Favours and Hey Day are all within a kilometer of each other.

It rained in Lucca this morning so our brilliant local tour guide brought us into his friend’s place spur of the moment….the famed Italian fashion atelier Ricci.
Just a 15th-century marble sculpture above the entrance to a Genoa shop selling all things sharp (knives, scissors, razors, nail clippers etc). Logical.

On our recent Italy tour we returned to one of our favorite restaurants in Parma and its delightful chef Alessandro. Here he’s preparing the “Antica Pasta della Filoma”: a pasta made with four types of flour — farro, wheat, buckwheat, and grano arso (literally burnt flour). The pasta was prepared with culatello ham, cherry tomatoes, almonds, marjoram, and grated ricotta.
Deliziosa!
