Holiday weekends tend to be my busiest for writing contracts. Would I rather be on the lake with a beverage in my hand? Absolutely!! But when you hire me as your agent I vow to show up when you need me. Thus writing my second contract this weekend. Happy Labor day weekend all! Hope you enjoy some sunshine and good times.

Starting off the holiday weekend with a home under contract!
To say real estate has been challenging recently is an understatement. Nevertheless, I continue to show up for my clients and go above the call of duty in a market that hasn't been giving much. Fingers crossed we can get this one over the finish line quickly and effortlessly.
What most don't see, is the countless hours that happen behind the scenes to get a home from contract to close. The amount of hoops we jump through as realtors is something most would never do. And yet, we do it time and time again without a promise of a paycheck.
I'd be lying if I said there haven't been times when I thought about throwing in the towel. Questioned if all this is the unnamed hours are truly worth it anymore? I came to the conclusion recently, that it absolutely is worth it. When a lot of other agents are quitting, I'm still here fighting the good fight for my clients and working tirelessly to get them into the homes they deserve and desire.
When you hire me as your agent, you can rest assured I will go above and beyond every single time to get you into your dream home. I know the new buyers agreement stuff sounds scary but really it's just a way to show you value and respect your agents time. It assures me that you are serious about buying and not wasting my time which I feel is appropriate considering all I do for my beloved clients.

Another day, another contract!
The best part of my job is telling my client their offer was accepted. Some come quick, while others are quite the process. Regardless of how long it takes my clients to find the perfect home for them, I am here 100% of the way walking them through the process and being their right-hand gal. One of the things I pride myself most on is going above and beyond the call of duty. I think every client of mine would agree with that.
