I have a new rehab underway. Construction has begun! The address is 988 26th Street. It's a 1600 square foot, 1.5 story bungalow located in Des Moines. The project completion is estimated for the Fall/Winter of 2024.
Invest DSM has hired my newest business entity Des Moines Rennovation Company to complete rennovation.

Habitat for Humanity was another great success this year.
Our group this year helped frame a house in DeSoto.
I love the mission the Habitat pursues for the world and specifically for our metro.

Using both traditional and newer marketing techniques, Eric is able to capture the attention of a wide variety of potential buyers. Newer strategies, such as maintaining a strong Internet presence that includes social media marketing and providing a user-friendly mobile app, make it easy and convenient for buyers to connect with homes for sale. At the same time, Eric employs more traditional techniques, such as newspapers, television advertising, and the Iowa Realty magazine, to extend his reach to a broader spectrum of buyers. This multifaceted approach results in more showings and quicker sales.
