The NXT LVL Training
Athletic Training
I will continue to try and jump higher even at my old age 👴🏻
One benefit of all that is happening, is that it has made me run everyday, just so I can get outside 😅
Great exercise to not only strengthen your calf, but also help with preventing an Achilles injury!
I’m looking to help athletes of all sports reach their goals! Check out the website, get in touch, and let’s see what we can cook up for you!
The Trap Bar is one of my favorite tools to use. For whatever dead lift variation I’m looking to do, it feels way better than using a barbell.
The deltoid will respond better to more reps, more volume. Your gleno-humeral (shoulder) joint isn’t made to lift super heavy!
Some loaded jumps! No need to go very heavy on these,as we’re looking for optimal speed and height on the jump

Great lower body warm up whether you are lifting or about to play a sport
Nordic Curls have become one of my favorite exercises. You get a true test of how strong your hamstrings are! Also very good for improving speed and reducing injury risk
Sometimes we throw in accessory work at the end(curls,skull crushers,etc),because it’s always tank top season in basketball 💪🏻
What's up everyone
I used to be a personal trainer, but got kind of burnt out on the industry. I bounced around different random jobs, but 4 years ago I started coaching high school basketball. After training some of my players and seeing great results in the weight room as well as on the court, the trainer flame had been re-ignited and I realized this is what I needed to do. Some people believe athleticism is God given, and while that may be true for some individuals, I'm here to show you that you can develop it as well through hard work,proper training, and consistency.
Whether you decide to train with us,or somewhere else, know that no program,coach,or trainer will get you the results you want if you do not have these two things
* Hard work
* Dedication
There is no legitimate over night training program that is going to get you the results you want or need. You must be dedicated to the process of putting the work in every day, consistently, for a long period of time
