The last of our heirloom tomatoes found their way to our dinner table via BLTs💗 We had an amazing tomato season and got to share so many of these delicious beauts. We hoped you enjoyed them!

With that, much of our garden is closing down naturally. Peppers are staying green and growing much smaller, cucumbers are boycotting growth, beans are over the crazy weather, summer squash isn’t getting as many pollinated flowers as every w**d is in full bloom (hello allergy season) so the bees are hitting the new flavors.

We will be offering one more week of mystery produce boxes tho. For these boxes you pick your price point, and we stuff it with as many yummy things to get you the best bang for your buck! Order directly or through the market next week.

From there we will have our seasoning packs available, butternut squash and ground cherries still available! If you have a request, reach out and we still may be able to help!

We love seeing the bounty from anyone’s garden but it’s super exciting to know Shining Light Farm and Homestead purchased all their starter plants from us this spring! We love feeding your family one way or another! If you’re into gardening, follow along for seeding sales, gardening tips and friendship. If gardening isn’t an option, we can grow the veggies for you! With that said, market is open until 10pm tonight to get the freshest of fresh veggies from our garden!

I was finally able to harvest a large load of tomatoes and peppers from the garden! And there’s still a ton more to ripen. We will be making lots of salsa this week!! 🍅🧅🌶️
This year we purchased our started vegetable plants from and they all did so well! Definitely can’t wait until next year!

We will be around this weekend because we snuck out last weekend for a nice family vacation. We all need a break sometimes, right?! We took a long weekend to enjoy Lake Cumberland, swimming, fishing and catching up with family. It was much needed. Our youngest farm hand had the best time, as your can see! He did actually have a fishing pole too, but it only lasted an hour before going overboard accidentally 😅 the handmade one was just as fun for him tho!

Another fan favorite is our Organic Shawarma Seasoning pack. This pack has all the best seasoning for a great tasting wrap or salad. Just add three pounds of your choice meat, our recommendation is chicken theighs, olive oil and lemon juice. Let it marinate for a few hrs to a couple days and bake away. All the instructions are on the back of the season pack to make a simply delicious meal.

Happy Friday Everyone!!! Can’t lie, we were loving those cooler days and chilly nights but looks like more hot days starting back up! 🤞🏼Fall is just around the corner friends. Summer got kickstarted in mid spring this year so we may have bumper crops of some items but so many things are reaching their peek too. It’s full blown harvest season and we are all smiles! Farming/gardening is A LOT of work. Hot day, rainy days, never ending days! We love them all but as the season slows down, it’s most enjoyable!

Morning friends & followers! Today is the last day of this week to order for the market.

We have mystery produce boxes available in $10, $15, $20 and $25. These “boxes” get you the most produce for your dollar! They get filled with a beautiful array of what we have available! Some items include what’s is overflowing in our garden but some items are gems too. Each week we have to give a crop or two a break to crank out the production we need so even items that didn’t appear for sale one week could end up in those boxes too.

They are a perfect way to eat the rainbow, try new things and get the most for you buck! I say most bang for your buck because when all the items are paid for individually you would be paying $5,10 or even $15 more, depending on box cost.
