Hello everyone. I am in need of participants for my doctoral research study. The topic is on the Experience of Pagans in the Workplace.

This is a very important piece of research. Many companies under DEI&B are introducing cultural programs like religious expressionism in the workplace. Although Paganism are a protected class under the EEOC, the message has not always spread, offering Pagans equal treatment.

I am looking for participants to share their experiences, albeit positive or negative. The focus in two-fold...(1) your experiences as a Pagan in the workplace, and (2) what led you disclose yourself as a Pagan in the workplace, often referred to as "Coming out of the Broom Closet."

If you are interested, please let me know. I will need your email address to send you a consent form, via DocuSign and then we can schedule the 60-min Zoom interview.

I thank you in advance, as this is such an important piece of research, both for the Pagan community, and the HR/Business community, especially if we are going to have full inclusion in the workplace.
