I made braised short ribs for the first time in my rockcrok Dutch oven.

Cookies sounded so good! I made a batch of chocolate chip cookie dough and realized that I had forgotten that the heating element went out in the oven about a week and a half ago. We ordered a new stove. It will supposedly be here Sunday. Dang it! I guess I will freeze them and bake them in our new oven.
