If you WANT something different then we need to change first and then the world 🌎 around us will! Starting 22 by shocking and cleansing my body with 43 hour Monk Fast and meditating in 26 degree weather. What are you doing to change, jump start or shock your body? (comment below)
Monk fast are usually 36 hours but I wanted to push the and cleanse COVID from my body and system. I pushed it to 43 hours before I could no longer concentrate on work and had to break the fast. While fasting. I still kept working out which also triggers autophagy.
With the first freezing day of 2022, I decided to meditate in the 26 degree weather in short sleeves. Again, the cold weather causes the body to crank ⬆️ up the immune response and reinvegerate the body.

What action are you going to take to change?
How we start our day matters more then you think! Sunday, was a huge entrepreneurial & real estate emotional 😁roller coaster 😭day working on 4 properties and 3 business. I got asked several times how do you remain so calm with all you have going on. (3 good, 3 bad and 1 neutral.) You must remain calm to make good decisions and solve issues. The key to remaining calm and handling the 💩or stuff life throws at you is how you start your day. It sets you up for success or failure.
I start my morning with my “Get Excited Make It Happen Now - 3 Times!” routine. This sets me up for success and whatever 💩 life throws at me! I will explain in future posts
