I started my day with 10 ozs of water with lemon juice squeezed into it as soon as I woke up. Then I went down to The Garage Personal Training Studio In Home in Ashburn Va and I did a fasted cardio session earlier this morning! After my cardio session I ate my first meal of my day! I went to the Community Church’s service at 9:30am! How have you started your day? After church I’m going to do a Shoulders & Arms workout! Using my knowledge and under the guidance of Total Fitness Look Personal Trainers to ensure I give myself a very challenging safe workout! I’ll have my post workout drinks after my workout and within thirty minutes I’ll have my post workout meal!
We shouldn’t be Sedentary! Get up and move and/or go out and move! What Muscle group have you trained or are you training now or going to train? Remember a great man said we should do Three things EVERYDAY LAUGH at ourselves and out of JOY - THINK Meditation - CRY from our EMOTIONS they should bring us to tears! I’ve done these today already! Follow your Passion! Are you being TRUE to YOURSELF? Your True Self? What are your goals! Are you just working out aimlessly? We need to have a purpose! Either to lose unhealthy body fat and/or lose unhealthy body fat & gain lean muscle and/or gain lean muscle! This is how we win once we have a goal! We’re a Team! Let’s get this done together! Some of us are in Hypertrophy Phase and some of us are in Fat Loss & Hypertrophy! Let's stay consistent and dedicated to ourselves! Let's get our workouts & meal prep done! I hope you all are truly happy!Remember today nor tomorrow is Promised to any of us! So Tell and Show those people close to us how much they mean to us! It's time to Feed our Minds Bodies Souls and Spirits! Feed our Minds with positive thoughts and Energy! Feed our Bodies with Clean Healthy Tasty Foods and Water! Also by WORKING OUT! Feed our Souls and Spirits with Positive Optimistic Knowledge!

I hope we all are being very Sagacious with these very hot days. On days like these we really have to make sure that we are drinking our correct amount of water each and every day! We don’t want to become dehydrated in the least bit. That’s why we’re starting our days with 8 to 16 ozs of water as soon as we wake up! We can add freshly squeezed lemon juice to our water or freshly squeezed lemon juice with ginger or cucumber water or coconut water. During the course of our day we’re drinking water periodically. We are also finishing our days with 8 to 16 ozs of water. This is how we’re staying hydrated during our days! This is how we are being Sagacious! We also are being Sagacious by staying consistent dedicated and focused on our workouts nutrition cardio!
When we are struggling or stuck or just want professional help we should reach out to those with more Sage in the areas of need. Someone like myself in the Personal Training & Nutrition Field! I’ll design a personalized training program for you according to your needs wants and desires! I’ll also design a personalized nutrition plan for you according to the goals wants needs and desires you are trying to obtain! The results you will get from following the personalized program will be more than Satisfying to you! You will become more Salient during the process of your first journey!
What muscle groups are you working on today? I did a fasted cardio session first thing this morning! After training my morning clients I did a strength & conditioning legs(quads/hamstrings/glutes) workout! During my workout I drank water to help me to stay hydrated. I did my workout at The Garage Personal Training Studio In Home in Ashburn Va! After the workout I drank my post workout drinks. Within thirty minutes of drinking my post workout drinks I ate my post workout meal! By using my knowledge experienced and expertise as one of Total Fitness Look Personal Trainers I gave myself a very challenging safe workout!

Today I started my day with my 16 ozs of water with freshly squeezed lemon juice in it as soon as I woke up. Then I went down to The Garage Personal Training Studio In Home in Ashburn Va and did my fasted cardio session. After my cardio session I had my first tasty clean healthy meal of six meals I’ll have today. Now I’m ready for this FLEXING FUN FRISKY FREAKY FANTASY FANTASTIC FABULOUS Friday!
After I finished training my five different In Their Home clients between 6am and 1pm! I came back to The Garage Personal Training Studio In Home in Ashburn Va and did a Chest & Back workout! After my workout I had my post workout drinks. Within thirty minutes of drinking my post workout drinks I had my post workout meal! Which was my third tasty clean healthy meal of my six meals I’ll have today! Yes I did some chest & back FLEXING throughout my workout. Because we all know that FLEXING can help improve both our muscle strength and muscle growth! I also keep my workouts FUN by FLEXING and a little dancing between sets! By using my knowledge experience and expertise as one of Total Fitness Look Personal Trainers I give myself a very challenging safe workout!
After we have done our workouts and have finished our necessities it’s time to get a little FRISKY FREAKY! But only when it’s appropriate to get a little FRISKY FREAKY! We are always raising our FUN levels! I hope we all are living out at least one FANTASY a day! Let’s all have the most FANTASTIC and most FABULOUS day and lives we possibly can!
