The zest of lemons, oranges, limes, and other citrus adds so much flavor to the food you are preparing, whether sweet or savory. We use it here in our blueberry loaves to add more layers of flavor!

The technique you use is critical, as zesting any further into the fruit beyond the yellow, orange, or lime green portion will bring you into the lighter-colored pith, which is very bitter and can ruin your cuisine.

The biggest culprit of dry bread is over-baking! 🙅 When baking breads, always check for doneness five minutes BEFORE time indicated in a recipe. If a toothpick or other tool comes out clean when you insert it into the bread, then it’s done - no matter what the clock says! 😉 💕

We launched our business in August 2019! The launch was held in a private home with a guest roster of about 40 people.

We served an assortment of light appetizers, desserts, and a signature drink.

Enjoy mango or peach jam on your favorite carb -- I love a good croissant or crusty baguette. This photo invokes memories, because the tea cups are from a collection my Aunt LaDon had. When I used to visit her, we'd often bring out her fine china and tea cups to enjoy fine dining.
