Rental property in sycamore we gave a face lift. Fresh paint, new floors, trim, ceilings and doors through whole house, counter top and sink in kitcken, light fixtures through whole house, new toilet and vanity in bathroom and updated all electrical receptacles and switches.

Another basement we sealed . Moving some electrical , building some walls and putting in a bathroom too come.
