About my Clinical Practice

The focus of my practice is to help individuals and couples achieve their personal goals, discover their true worth, and experience happiness. Issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship quality and a sense of self-worth are at the heart of my work with adults. I use a variety of best practice approaches and tailor them to the needs of those I work with. Emotional support, cognitive therapy, systems principles, relaxation, meditation (mindfulness), and a healthy life style are examples of the treatments I use. I appreciate and support principles of faith. The process of therapy is a collaborative effort between the therapist and the client.
