This sweet family came in to find a friend for their dog Connie (pictured right). They adopted Connie from MAC several years ago and knew that now was the time to come adopt a sibling for her. After lots of meet and greets, and several dog-on-dog introductions, they finally found the perfect fit with Tuesday (pictured left)! We knew the best way to celebrate the special occasion was with a fee-waived adoption and a basket full of fun goodies courtesy of Winn Smiles! 😁

We are so happy to see this sweet girl get adopted and are thankful for our friends at Winn Smiles to help make this adoption (and so many others) paw-sible! 🐾

What would we do without our Julia from Winn Smiles Shallowford!? ✨ Julia has the patience of a saint and the hair of a mermaid and can do any job in the office with a baby in tow if needed! She always has the attitude of "How can I just help?" and that reveals that Julia is 60% love, 30% sunshine, and 10% dry shampoo. Thanks for being awesome Julia!!

Sydney is one of our treatment coordinators and has the sweetest way with her patients! ✨ Sydney puts all of her energy into what she does, and does it all with the biggest smile on her face. Always willing to help, Sydney can do her job and three others if needed and barely breaks a sweat. Sydney, thank you for your dedication and enthusiasm. We love you! ✨

Introducing Michelle from Winn Smiles Shallowford!💙 On top of being the queen of insurance, Michelle has recently taken on patient statements for Shallowford. Her need for total understanding of any project she’s involved with has really tightened up the system regarding insurance payments and statements. She truly loves Winn Smiles and it shows!

Coming in hot is CJ from the Winn Smiles Insurance Dept! ✨ CJ is a wizard - there is no one more knowledgeable about insurance and benefits than our sweet CJ. The work behind the scenes can be monotnous and thankless. But CJ takes on so much with a happy heart. She goes to bat for our patients everyday to help them receive their care- no paperwork or headache required. CJ is such a willing servant for her team and our patients. We love her so much! 💙

To know Odelie is to love Odelie, and everyone sure does love some Odelie! 💙 She works in our call center in Cleveland and dedicates her waking hours to improving things for others. She has a mind for efficiency and a work ethic that's unmatched. Thanks for all the guacamole! You rockamole! We love you!

Stacy from Winn Smiles Cleveland takes the cake, pie, cookies, anything as sweet as she is! She has been with our team for a year now, even though it feels like she’s been part of the family forever. Stacy is Dr. Lara's scheduler and one of our treatment coordinators and her dedication to the people in her life is unrivaled. Stacy does whatever she does with her whole heart and it shows! She juggles everything with grace, and we are so incredibly happy to have her.💙
