Here is another angle of the living room we had opened up. We installed new vinyl flooring throughout this room and down the hall, repaired drywall and painted, installed new lights and new trim throughout the entire room and down the hallway. (Not pictured on the right wall, a cubby for two upright cabinets to extend the kitchen was installed.)

Check out this before & after! It's almost hard to believe it's the same room! Our client wanted to open up the space for more room. We removed a wall and installed an LVL beam on the ceiling, installed new lights, new trim, drywall, paint, and tied the whole room together with flooring to match the rest of the house!

This client wanted an updated kitchen without completely gutting it. We took out the bulkhead and replaced it with modernized lighting above the cabinet area. Replaced the flooring with a newer version of their previous flooring. The black splash was also updated along with the trim to tie the kitchen together!
