Sunday I had fun smoking a chicken on a pineapple! It was delicious! I used the rest of the pineapple for salsa. Today we used the leftover chicken and created baked chicken tacos! 2 fun, delicious meals! You can check out products and order from this link

New favorite way to have nachos……. Cauliflower Nachos baked in oven on Rockcrok Grill Stone! So delicious! Fixed pork chops on Deluxe Grill and Griddle to complete a great meal!

If you know me you know I usually don’t eat too much fish but I’m trying to step out of my usual. Pampered Chef didn’t disappoint tonight. Fixed Mahi Mahi with vegetables on half sheet pan in the oven. Savory Maple seasoning was delicious!

TasteBuds for the win tonight! Fixed Creamy Chicken Pasta in the 12 inch Nonstick skillet tonight using Garlic Parmesan seasoning! This was so good! Definitely a dish I’ll do again!!
Don’t heat up the kitchen, heat up the grill instead! Beef and cheese enchiladas on the grill with Pampered Chef cast iron skillet!

Having some fun for Easter with our Mini flute pan! Made chocolate pistachio cake with vanilla glaze topped with toasted coconut. Chocolate Easter eggs on top of our little bird nests.

Chicken Quesadillas in Pampered Chef Air Fryer! These were delicious! You can also fix these on a stone in the oven. Let me know what you think!
1 large chicken breast
4 green onions
1 small bell pepper
1 pkg cream cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 can black beans drained and rinsed
1 tsp Pampered chef southwestern seasoning
Mix and put 2 Tbsp mixture on corn tortillas and fold over.
Air fry at 400 for 6 minutes top rack. Flip half way thru.
Enjoy!

What a delicious fresh summer salad we had tonight! Loved grilling the peaches and pork chops on the Pampered Chef grill and griddle. Lettuce served with grilled peaches and pork chops topped with pecans and goat cheese. The Mix and pour helped make the red wine vinegar dressing to drizzle over it all, Sooo good!
