As a Realtor we do a lot of work for any buyer that needs help to finding, buying a house.
What I do is walk a buyer through the entire process of buying a house.

There are several part to the whole buying process.
First step: Finding a good reliable lender who is available to you after normal business hours to answer your questions.
The banker will provide you the pre approval letter that you will give to your buying agent. This is the first and very important step.
This tell the buying agent you are a serious buyer !
You are ready to begin the next step in the buying process.
And any questions about your finances you what gotten your answers from your banker:
You know how much your mortgage payment will be.
You know how much the down payment will be.
You know about how much your closing cost will be.

Second step: The process of finding and buying a house.
I go through that process next.
