Previous experience working in a Contact Center is a huge plus. Familiarity with Avaya, Nice In Contact, Cisco VoIP, Genesys, RingCentral, Five9, 8x8 or other Contact Center or Unified Communications environments is a huge plus.
Required:
- Bilingual (French/English required).
- Familiar with Zoom Meetings or other web conferencing software.
- Familiar Communications Technologies (Phone/Soft phone/Chat & Email)
- Possesses laptop or workstation with current operating system
- Understands basic Email, Chat and Phone operation
Great to have:
- End User Training Experience a huge plus
-Must be willing to learn
- Technically Savvy
- Comfortable speaking in front of large (virtual) groups
