Hello, as promised, here are a few announcements regarding new services I will be offering in the 2024 season and a quick review of my rates.

Firstly, beginning in March, I will be accepting credit/debit cards, along with apple, android, and samsung pay, in an attempt to move away from paper checks. This will streamline the deposit process, especially for my out of town clients.

Secondly, I am glad to announce that I will be performing warranty and recall work on both Heartland and Gulf Stream products. Also, I now have the access to manufacturer specific OEM parts ordering directly through these manufacturers. I am looking to add 1 or 2 more manufacturers to that list, so if you have any requests, please feel free to drop a comment.

Third and finally, I will be offering wash services this spring. The current rates are as follows,

Sidewalls: $150 + $5 per foot (30ft unit would cost $300)
Roofs: $75 + $5 per foot (30ft unit would cost $225)
Awnings: $100 flat rate, add-on to another wash service only (Awnings are subject to refusal depending on the condition of the fabric)

Below are all other rates for the 2024 season.

Service call: $120 (includes first hour of labor)
Hourly rate: $100 (25% discount in certain campgrounds)
Mileage rate: $1 per mile (depending on location)

Here's something new out of Brinkley, I could definitely see LED closet rods becoming common in more units. They may be a new face in the market, but so far it seems like they'll go far.
