Ok friends, I worked 6 days this week and was extremely exhausted on Monday and Tuesday. I started taking Edge on Monday and today after taking it for 5 consecutive days, I feel so fantastic! I thought I'd be tired but I woke up before my alarm and started cleaning the house! Just 2 scoops a day got me feeling good, lost 3 lbs and am so motivated to do more today!

Tip Tuesday:
Stay busy. A distraction can get you away from the cycle of negative thoughts that feed anxiety and depression. Enjoy hobbies that you can do at home, identify a new project or clean out that closet you promised you'd get to. Doing something positive to manage anxiety is a healthy coping strategy (MayoClinic.org)
This Throwback Thursday, I'm throwing back the pounds. Happy to report that I'm down 11 lbs in a little over 3 weeks. It's all about eating the right foods that create a burn state for your body. My mental and physical health are on the way to optimal health. I haven't felt this good in a long time and my jeans are falling off of me.
Positive thinking changes our mindset and attitude. Fill your mind with good intentions and amazing things will happen.
