life the last few weeks!
June was packed with weddings, beach trips, and lots of good food/drinks. my social battery is quite low so I will be in hibernation this weekend hahahaha. happy JULY?!!

i can 99% guarantee you that most of my snacks will always have fruit, chocolate, and peanut butter. iām a creature of habit, what can i sayš„¹š«š„š
snacking, and especially snacking at night, is something that can be demonized in todayās diet culture world. is snacking at night bad?? is it true that everything you eat after 7pm automatically turns to fat?? (iām sorry but literally how ridiculous does that sound lol)
