June was packed with weddings, beach trips, and lots of good food/drinks. my social battery is quite low so I will be in hibernation this weekend hahahaha. happy JULY?!!

my best friend came to philly for a visit and we had lots of good food & margsšŸø THEN my friends and i went on our graduation trip to Cabo for a weekā˜€ļø iā€™m less sunburnt than i thought, had loooots of good food, and a few too many drinks lolšŸ„µ

itā€™s absolutely CRAZY for me think how far my skin & confidence has come in the last few months. if you were to ask me in the fall to be around my friends/family all weekend on the beach with no makeup, i wouldnā€™t have gone (i know, thatā€™s bad but itā€™s the truth)

i can 99% guarantee you that most of my snacks will always have fruit, chocolate, and peanut butter. iā€™m a creature of habit, what can i sayšŸ„¹šŸ«šŸ„œšŸ“

snacking, and especially snacking at night, is something that can be demonized in todayā€™s diet culture world. is snacking at night bad?? is it true that everything you eat after 7pm automatically turns to fat?? (iā€™m sorry but literally how ridiculous does that sound lol)
