We are powerful beings, especially when we are connected to the loving energy of Spirit.

We forget how powerful we are. We walk into spaces and find ourselves dropping our vibe to match what’s already there.

But…

What if we kept our high vibe in place and instead brought the light?

I had this epiphany one day as I was preparing for an event I knew wasn’t a match for my energy. I was mentally preparing for the effect it would have on me afterwards.

Then a download came in.

Just be me. Shift the energy.

And it worked. When I need extra help to hold the light, I ask Spirit’s energy to shine through me.
