Stigler Clean Up Days April Days April 1 through 12

City just contacted me regarding the Blessing Box and said no more large items are allowed, it is an eye sore. They would like for whoever dropped the furniture and mattress to come remove them. Please help share this post so we can continue to do food and clothes 🙏

UPDATE…several asking if ok to drop…since this post was made it has been kept neat and organized…so it’s day by day…as long as it is appreciated it will be there. Thanks to all that are helping 💗

If those receiving the Blessings from the kindness of others can’t make effort to repay kindness with kindness the Blessing Box will go away!!! I don’t mind doing my part but it’s getting worse…jerking clothes and letting hangers fly and lay, rummaging and scattering it everywhere then leaving…if you don’t respect the givers then you do not deserve the Blessing…DO BETTER 💔🥲

To clear up questions, this is the form…simple and quick, not asking for Social security number nor your grandparents, do not care about income.

YES everyone will fill out one to shop, it is for us to share with givers how many families they helped and to get ideas for how to help next year.

-you do not have to have children to get essentials

When donating items to Blessing Box check pockets, purses, bags for items you may not want to give away....I don't check but others do...if I find something I will either contact person if I know who donated or post it and try to find owner, just had a lady turn in something she found-still some good folks out here 🥰, have heard others talking about finding stuff but kept it. Blessing Box is not responsible for items left unintentionally. Double check all pockets, purses, and items.

Forms have been placed in Blessing Box if you would like to fill out and bring Saturday, forms will be available the day of also.

At the Blessing Box this year we are asking for ESSENTIALS for families in need. There are many tickled to get enough shampoo in a bottle for a day, body lotion with just a little in it brings a smile, cleaning supplies and toilet paper 🧻 bless their hearts. If you can give just a little and help share this post it would be greatly appreciated by so many.
Here is a suggested list:
-Hygiene products for men, women, children
-shampoo/conditioner
-body wash/soap
-deodorant
-laundry detergent/bleach/dryer sheets
-any cleaning supplies
-toilet paper
-trash bags
-can openers for canned food
-non perishable food
-clothing for all ages children/adults
-new and used toys

Donations need to arrive before Thanksgiving, we will be doing the event on the Saturday after (Nov. 26th 8am-4pm)

Items can be dropped off at office next to Blessing Box 412 East Main St Unit E Stigler, OK 74462 Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm Friday 9am-5pm and can make arrangements with me for other times to meet.
