Meet Tony. Tony is fire fighter, paramedic, husband, and father.

Test is king
Testosterone has gained a lot of popularity lately with all the infomercials promoting their own “magic formula” of pills that will supposedly make men feel like they’re 18 again.
It’s become popular for good reason though. Test is the most potent male hormone for building muscle, decreasing body fat, improving sexual function, improved sense of well-being, and improved cognitive function (brain power).
Seriously, what guy wouldn’t want all that!?
Good news, you don’t need to pull out your wallet just yet. You can boost your own natural testosterone significantly through following the 5 steps below!
1:Train with big compound movements
(deadlifts, cleans, squat thrusts, loaded carries etc)
2: Train with high volume (think 5x5) more sets, more reps = more volume
3: Train with intensity (short, intense workouts lasting no longer than 45 minutes)
4: Consume proper peri-workout nutrition
Before-during-and after. Protein or bcaa plus carbs
5. Eat more cholesterol. Testosterone is derived from cholesterol. Eat more whole eggs, beef, shrimp, and cheese

Feels good to be back hitting these weights again!
About 3 months ago I separated my AC joint enjoying my favorite weekend pastime (motocross).
The injury set me back longer than I expected. Mostly due to the fact that I’m stubborn and waited way too long to seek help from an expert.

What can 150 workouts, 750 pages of reading, and 750 gallons of water in 75 days do to a person?
Funny you should ask.....let me tell ya
First off, if you haven’t heard about the 75 hard challenge yet please do yourself a favor and check it out here .
To to put it bluntly. This program Fu-kn changed me. It changed me mentally and changed me physically as you can see from the pictures.
If you’re at a point in your life where you just can’t seem to get ahead, to get any traction or make any progress, you need to do this. If you’re absolutely crushing it at life right now, you need to do this even more!
I won’t get into all the details of how and why this program had such an impact on me. That would take a novel and a day. What I want to tell you is that you need to do this if you want to live a better life. I don’t care who you are, where you are, or what your circumstances are. The next step is to listen to the MFCEO PROJECT Podcast and learn as much as you can about the program before starting.
I also want to take a moment to recognize and thank the group of gentleman that did this challenge with me. We can all attest to the fact that we wouldn’t have done it without each other! Together we made it possible as a team and I appreciate everyone of you for stepping up to the plate. You know who you are 👊
I hope to shed more light on this great experience at a later date. For now, do yourself a favor and start to plan out your journey 💪

Sunday’s....The # 1 day to plan all great things for the week ahead.
Do this tonight: take 30 minutes to sit down with your schedule and list one major goal you’d like to accomplish by the end of the week. It can be anything at all. Then, design backwards from Sunday or whatever day you wish to achieve your goal by.
Don’t complicate this. State your goal, make your plan, and stick to it like it’s the law! Simple & effective. Do this every week and you’ll start to witness the results of compounding efforts.
One goal. One mission. Together.
Never underestimate the power of influence.
Your team, your squad, your tribe, your people, whatever noun you use to define your circle of influence. These are the people that either push you to become better or, deter you from achieving higher success.
You are the sum of the 5 people you spend the most time with. If you’re unhappy with where you currently are in life, try taking a hard look at the people you chose to socialize with. If they don’t align with the life you want to live, it’s time to make a change.
There’s plenty of ways to create a positive circle of influence in your life. You can start right here on this page. Find people that lift you up. People that live and breath positivity. Follow IG accounts that portray a positive message and interact with these people frequently. You will soon find yourself amongst a community of people who are more than willing to support you and your goals. All it’s takes is your own willingness to befriend these people 🙂

Shredded then and shredded now. One full year of shreddedness lol. This is definitely the longest period of time I’ve been able to maintain such low levels of body fat.
There’s no doubt I’ve officially cracked the code on getting lean and staying lean for life.
Wish I could tell you that I had some secret diet or training program. Or even a magic pill that no one else knows about. But, if I had any of those things there’s no way I’d keep them secret. I’d shout it from the rooftops for everyone to hear cuz I’m so damn passionate about helping people achieve their own personal greatness!
Do I have “cheat codes”? You bet your ass I do lol! That’s what 15 years in the health and fitness industry get you. In-the-trenches proven knowledge and biofeedback from coaching thousands of clients.
You read that correctly. I’ve coached thousands of people in my 15 year career. I plan to help and coach thousands more.
Bottom line; it takes a whole lot more effort to get to your goal than it does to stay there. So think about it like this......
Expect to put the effort in upfront. Build a bulletproof foundation of good habits. Be consistent with those habits. Then, you’ll learn with time, through coaching guidance, how you can have it all. How you can look the way you want to look. Feel the way you want to feel. And do the things you want to do.
I know you can achieve this perfect balance in your life. Guess how I know? Cuz so many others have already done it. And that means so can you 👊

When the alarm goes off at 5am and you have two choices. Stay in your cozy, warm bed and miss another workout or get up, crush your damn workout and get ahead in life.
What’s more important to you. 10 extra minutes of sleep or another step closer to living a better life?
These are the simple questions you must ask yourself daily when s**t gets tough and that voice in your head starts talking to you.
You’re in control of that voice. You can harness it and make it tell you only positive messages. Or you can let it control you, and destroy your dreams and goals. Making you think that those dreams and goals are unrealistic. That you don’t deserve to do better or be better.
Which will you chose???

Planning and preparation
First, decide what you want to achieve. Then, estimate how long you think it’s going to take you to achieve it. Then, multiply that amount of time by 3 x cuz that’s the actual amount of time it will take. Put your head down, and get to work!
Success is easy once you accept how hard it is
Be an action taker. Do what you say you’re going to do and watch your belief and self confidence skyrocket.
