Thank you Sandy for the call and getting your gutters cleaned a couple weeks ago! We are finally getting slowed back down to get pictures and posts up again with fall setting in and everyone trying to get things all cleaned up before winter!

We need to thank Mr. Squeegee Window Cleaning, Inc. for giving us the referral and setting us up to clean the South side of St. Alexius in Bismarck. This was our biggest jobs and we believe we knocked it out of the park! We are grateful for the referrals to our small business and so many people that seen us working this weekend thanked us and said how wonderful of a job we were doing. I believe the work we did in these pictures speak for themselves!

We've said it before and we will say it again. A customer called and wanted us to come give a quote on cleaning moss build up off of a cedar shake roof. Upon looking at the property we found a section that had been taken over to the point if we started to remove the moss the shakes themselves would fall apart. So we recommended some quality roofing companies from Bismarck/Mandan.

We are not here to make a quick dollar we are here to give our best advice and help our community save money in the long run and refer businesses in our community as well!

We got to work on this beautiful home, made of stucco (they seem to get the dirtiest) as you can see cotton, spider webs, and pockets of spider eggs clung to the side of the house. In the corners of the entry ways birds had even made mud nests! But after a few hours our crew made this home look shiny again!

Last weekend we had the joy of working with East Bluff Condo Association in Bismarck, they needed some attention on their cedar shake roofs with some moss removal! Here are some great before and afters.

Thank you Tim and Sharon for allowing us to come over and do a whole house clean, the stucco house needed those pecky cobwebs removed from in the corners, we cleaned the inside of the gutters, brightened the gutter face, the paver patio and deck area had moss and other organic material growing in the cracks and corners so we remove the bulk of the growth with high pressure hot water and add a solvent to continue to act on the left over organic material and also to prolong more growth!

Bismarck/Mandan property owners we are forecasted to be getting rain 4/26 - 4/28 during this time period you should be checking for a few things on the operation of your gutters and downspouts! If you have water flowing over your gutter edge you have blockage! If some downspouts are flowing less water than others you may have blockage! After the rain if you have water trickling from some downspouts but not others you may have blockage! Home owners with new asphalt shingles after a good down pour your rocks will end up in your gutters and can cause blockage.

But we can all agree it was a dry winter and with our warmer temperatures we had alot of sandy and sloppy slush wreaking havoc on our properties! 2024 will be our 3rd season of operation in the Bismarck/Mandan area, we are looking to start giving back to our community and helping out. This golf tournament is put on by the Mandan Touchdown Club and we look forward to be doing more of this as time goes on.

What a busy week for celebrations.

Chris (owner/operator) had his birthday on Tuesday!

I, Colton (owner/operator) had my birthday on Wednesday!

And now we want to wish all of our previous customers and our new customers and their families a happy and safe Thanksgiving!

High Plains HydroWash would like to apologize for the lack of engagement. This was a technical glitch when my Facebook switched our business page layout it kicked me out and we finally just regained access to our account! We do want to thank our customers that have still had engagement with our page whether it being through following, liking, and sharing our page!

We are done with house washes for the 2023 season, but we are still doing some gutter cleaning and estimates! We continued to satisfy our returning customers and we added alot of new customers in 2023, that being said we do fill up fast for the short washing season that North Dakota has to offer, so continue to reach out to us throughout the off season so we can write estimates and get you booked!

Remember that we are a small business that loves to help other small businesses so if our customers reach out with a service we do not provide we will get you a reference from our long list of local, small businesses!

Busy day on this Saturday, Jeff got the whole house spa today! As you can see we touched alittle of everything on his place today, inside of gutters we got all of the asphalt granules, leaves, and twigs out and got them flowing again. We continued onto brightening the gutters with some of the secret sauce for waterspots, bacteria growth, and everyday dirt and grime. Next, we moved to the dogs little picket fence notice them black mildew spots, Chris was sick of scrubbing but he got it looking brand new again! And finally the wall the customer was most concerned about, this wall faced the street and was very noticeable to anyone coming, wellwater wreaks havoc on everything but we were able to scrub it clean and make the street view much more appealing!

Lisa wanted us to clean her mom's house up, she has a huge overhanging tree that likes drop all sorts of debris and sap over the house. We were called to make sure the gutters were flowing free, clean up all the sap, and also brighten the outside of the gutters from the black streaking we talked about in our previous post. The sun was not in my favor on the before picture of the siding but you can tell alittle bit how dirty it is, but this was a very satisfying job to do and see the end result.

Thank you Nancy for giving us the ability to clean your beautiful home! Stucco is a great house material but unfortunately the pores love to trap dirt, barnswallows and also hornets seem to really love building their nests more so in the corners of stucco, and spider webs seems to cling way more and harder to remove!

We deep cleaned the concrete around the firepit as well, this customer is having another company come out to repaint and seal the concrete and asked if we could clean and remove any of the peeling seal left over!

Gutters, we do them inside and outside. We offer cleaning of gutters and also brightening of gutters/soffit. Do you have black speckles or streaks that form on your gutters this is from chemicals in shingles mixing with chemicals in your gutter over a period of time which happens typically from rainfall. But with a great solution and soft brushing we are able to make your gutters look new again!

I told you guys to wait to see this one. This copper penny roof is night and day different, we removed all the tree sap and growth from the panels that were making the appearance look dull and uninviting but now it is back to its original shiny self!

Vicki had us come and do her house last summer before getting her windows cleaned, she loved the hard work we did, and she was impressed on how clean everything was. She lives in the country and told us today the elements reek havoc on all of her buildings. She is getting her windows cleaned on Thursday so she asking if we would come before hand again. The weather is wet and gloomy today but we still managed to keep a positive attitude and make the property look great.

This is a reminder that your parking lot needs to be cleaned after our harsh winters! Sand likes to get trapped in the pores of asphalt and make it look dull and gray. We run a surface cleaner over the lot to break everything up and use the pressure wand to blow all the sand and debris off the lot. Thank you BisMan Autoworx for letting us get your sales lot cleaned up. Spring is here and the patios are opening up. Thank you to the owners with The Pier Bar and Grill for giving us the opportunity to get their patio ready for the upcoming season! Make sure you make it a point to stop for lunch and a couple drinks when you are out on the river this summer!

This customer called to see if we are able to restore this copper penny roof back to its original shine and remove all the tree sap, while we were doing our walk around we noticed this gutter and downspout assembly fully plugged and we knew we needed to help! So this customer did not just receive a free quote they also received a free gutter cleaning! Stay tuned to see what we can do with this beautiful roof!

We are out cleaning!! No tree debris clogging downspouts or gutters just some thick caked in dirt and shingle granules, over time this stuff ends up getting very heavy and weighs your gutters down, dirt build up decreases the volume and also the flow of water inside the gutter during heavy rainfall. It finally feels like spring! Obviously we are dealing with snowpiles yet but High Plains Hydrowash should be back at it in a couple weeks!
