He has been in the process of writing a book and a few days ago he sent the final copy to the publisher. Like a true bibliophile, he started a book club at The Cedars of Dexter called "The Cedar Chips," where several other residents were inspired to publish books as well. Self-Care Month runs from June 24 through Self-Care Day celebrated on July 24, or 7-24. That date is symbolic because self-care can be practiced “24 hours a day/7 days a week,” according to the World Health Organization (WHO). This year’s Self -Care Month marks the 5th anniversary of WHO launching the first global guideline on self-care interventions for health and well-being.
