Job Posting: Project Manager

Our company is currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee specific construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills and be able to coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop project scope, schedule, and budget
Identify and assess project risks
Conduct site surveys and analyze site conditions
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
Monitor project progress and identify issues and risks
Ensure quality control and quality assurance standards are met
Manage change orders and budget adjustments
Conduct regular site visits and inspections
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and codes
Provide regular updates to the general contractor and other stakeholders on the status of ongoing projects
Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and within budget
Conduct final inspections and punch list completion
Obtain necessary occupancy permits and approvals
Provide project closeout documentation and final reports
Ensure all subcontractor and vendor contracts are closed out and finalized
Perform a lessons learned analysis and document recommendations for future projects
Requirements:

Basic computer skills and a smartphone,
Reliable transportation, and a valid NC drivers license with a good driving record,
Ability to pass background check for base work,
Office located in Jacksonville, NC,
Experience in project management or related field,
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations
Dress Code: Business Casual / Construction Attire as Appropriate.

You must have at least 2 years of hands on construction experience and at least 4 years working in the construction industry. We will teach "project management" to the right candidate.
