NICK SHUFORD:
Nick is originally from Mobile, Alabama. His family moved to Franklin in 1992, and he graduated from Centennial High School in 1999. He attended Auburn University and Middle Tennessee State University, earning a Bachelors degree in Marketing with a minor in Business Administration.
After obtaining his real estate license in 2007, he began building his expansive knowledge of the land business. He went to work for a nationwide land development company, National Land Partners. He won top producer back to back in 2008 and 2009, selling recreational land in Tennessee and Kentucky. He also worked for another land development company, US Land & Ranches, where he specialized in selling land in lake and mountain communities.
In 2010, in addition to continuing in land sales, he went to work with Nashville based TN Real Estate Group. Here he began specializing in listing properties and assisting buyers with residential real estate in Nashville and surrounding areas.
