The answer is completely up to you! We often hear couples going back and forth between whether or not they want to have a first look or not. Many use the first look as a way to calm the nerves, exchange private vows, say a prayer, see each other privately before they say âI doâ, take photos, the list goes on! However, if a first look isnât really your thing or you donât want to see each other until you are walking down the aisle, then maybe a first touch is more your style! This is perfect for couples who want to keep their final looks a surprise, but still want a private moment together before ceremony. Your Blue crew and photographers will help get you and your love get to a intimate spot in your venue to meet up for a blindfolded hug, a little hand hold around a corner, or maybe even standing back to back. The past year was filled with love, laughter, and lots of happily ever afters! We got to work at amazing venues, meet and work alongside outstanding vendors, and serve the absolute best clients. The long hours and late nights of dedicated planning were beyond worth it, after seeing our plans come to life and making our clients dreams a reality. However, none of it wouldâve been possible without the vendors who teamed up with us in order to put on a 5-star event! We couldnât be more thankful for all of your hard work, effort, and kindness. From ceremony to sweet heart table in the swipe of a fingerâŚ.we wish it was as simple as that! It may not be as instant, but it gets done quick with the help of an amazing event day staff. You may hear the word âflipâ used throughout the planning process and maybe even on event day. The term âflipâ refers to the process of transforming a space from one thing to another. This gorgeous part of Camino Real Ranch commonly called âThe Green houseâ, was set for ceremony and then it was quickly flipped into the reception space for the remainder of the night! Moreover, your Blue Crew will move your ceremony florals at this time to extend their life and showcase the arrangements in various parts of reception. This couple had a lush and romantic sweet heart table moment, with the help of ceremony arrangements being âflippedâ!

When you decide to have a plated meal, your guests will make their dinner selections prior to event day. This choice is usually made on a card sent with your rsvp and allows them to select what entrĂŠe they would like!

â˘We have a feeling you may know what this style entails, but we will share a few details just incase! If you choose to serve dinner through a buffet, this allows your guests to assemble their own meal. This is a great option if you have guests with particular preferences because they get to choose exactly whatâs on their plate and how itâs placed.

â˘This dinner is exactly how it sounds! Dinner is served to each table in family size portions. Each dish is passed around and guests serve themselves. This style of dinning also allows guests more control on what they would like on their plate! Moreover, it strikes up conversation and helps break the ice if you donât know everyone at your table. Letâs talk bar with Blue! When the time comes to start preparing your bar order, selecting signature drinks, and figuring out what you want behind the bar here are a few things to consider:

â¨What is your go-to drink at social gatherings or a night out on the town?
â¨Do you want bar glasses or will disposables be just fine?
â¨Are there specific brands you like in your drinks?

There are so many benefits to having both mocktails and cocktails on your signature menu!
