Apparently I was born with this chronic condition. ⁣

Creator Lesson 1: How to Create⁣
⁣
My kids walked inside this morning and said, “We want to play, but none of the neighbors can play right now.”⁣
⁣
Seemed like a perfect time to guide them in their creation skills. ⁣
⁣
Energy⁣
We are energy. Everything is energy. Matter is focused energy that accumulates into a creation. A thought is energy. Focused thought creates matter in our inner and outer reality. ⁣
⁣
Imagination ⁣
Our creation station to build thoughts is our imagination. Our imagination is how we attract what we desire into our reality. Our imagination creates realities from our inner thoughts and creativity. The more we visualize a certain reality, the more we attract that frequency or desire to yourself. Higher frequencies like love, gratitude, and desire attract easier than lower frequencies like disappoint or anger. ⁣

Reality⁣
The more you use your imagination, and the more energy you give to what you imagine, the more you attract what you desire from your imagination into your reality! Your inner reality sends a frequency that is projected from your internal reality out into your external world. The more you give things you don’t want energy or thought, the more they exist. The more energy you give to what you desire, the more that becomes your experience.⁣

Real Experience and Real Results⁣
I challenged Everest and Summit to go meditate for 10 minutes. Focus all their energy and imagine their friends wanting to come out and play. They went in their rooms and meditated.⁣

Ten minutes past. ⁣
⁣
I started the walk to their room to let them know the time had past.⁣
⁣
As I opened Everest door, the door bell rang. Harris, our neighbor, wanted to play! ⁣
⁣
Both kids, “What? No way.”⁣
⁣
Yes. Way. That is the power of using your imagination and directing your energy to create realities.⁣
⁣
They are both outside with a bunch of kids riding bikes now. ⁣
⁣

I have been meditating for a little over four years. It is ironic how it went from something I did if I had time or was really stressed to the most important thing I do everyday.

If I could only accomplish one thing in my entire day, it would, without question, be to meditate. I would choose it over eating if given the option.

In addition, the longer and more often I meditate, the more successful and focused I am to move my life and business forward.

Especially during the pandemic, if I found myself stressed out or concerned, I knew it was time to meditate.

My #1 reason I meditate is because I truly enjoy getting up from my meditation a new person with a renewed sense of self and purpose.

Meditation allows me to become aware of my emotions, and realize that I am not those emotions, and become aware of a higher self.

The longer or more acquainted I became with my practice, the more I realized that I was transcending my ego and marrying my conscious and subconscious mind. When I transcend my ego, I step into my Highest Self and take actions directly inspired from Source.

Lately, Liliana and I are obsessed with our meditation practice and talk about it frequently. This lead to friends asking how we meditate.

When both of us started, meditation was really difficult. So, we decided to make a video with a few tips if you are just getting started or trying to optimize your meditation.

𝘏𝘦𝘺 𝘔𝘢𝘵𝘵, 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘶𝘱 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘰𝘯?⁣

Theron is my middle name. It means “Hunter” and “Untamed.” There have been some 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘴 in my life the past few years, and I felt an inner pulling from my soul to express this with a name change. Out of curiosity one day, I changed it on Facebook. Immediately, everyone I knew was calling me by Theron. I was surprised at how quickly it shifted. 𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘐 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘮𝘦 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘰𝘯, 𝘐 𝘶𝘯𝘦𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘷𝘰𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘢 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘮𝘺 𝘏𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘚𝘦𝘭𝘧. ⁣

Oh, why did you choose to become a Coach? ⁣

My desire has always been to Create Change in the World and I was sidetracked many times with different careers. I tried to make myself enjoy the pursuit of money or worldly success. I made myself sick trying to make myself feel fulfilled. Underneath it all, I felt my passion draining. I had this deep pressure in my chest for years that often made me feel powerless. I went through foundational shattering changes that left me questioning my purpose. When I finally decided, NO MORE, I am going to only live from a place of purpose and passion, all that pressure in my chest loosened. I felt my energy build and my passion reignited.
