Yin Yoga ✨ Wednesdays at 6:30pm

This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia.
Join Johanna for a 5 day journey into breath work (Pranayama).
At Big Buddha Yoga studio, each day you will delve deeper into your body, discovering the ancient techniques of Pranayama and Bandhas (energy locks and seals).

Phew! We made it. One year ago. A tiny dream became a reality. The opening of Big Buddha Yoga studio. Opening a Yoga studio during a pandemic was a bold move indeed, yet we persevered and here we are. We are beyond humbled and grateful to share this amazing space in the union of yoga with our beloved community. Big thank you to all who've dropped in, stayed awhile, and who continue to support us.
