Nah…….that’s not THE “Forbidden Fruit” that’s just a CHERRY CHOCOLATE!

DID YOU KNOW that a chemical reaction happens inside of the cherry chocolate?
IT’S LIGIT😉
When they’re first made, the sugary fondant that’s wrapped AROUND the cherry stays separate and seals juices from the cherry on the inside. BUT over a 2 week time period, the juices inside the cherry break down the fondant -in a chemical reaction called “INVERTASE”
*it may sounds scary folks but it just means that it slits the sucrose into 2 parts:
•Part A: glucose
•Part B: Fructose
