Waterborough Historical Society Festival of Trees

It's that time again! Starting next week, you don't want to miss this!

Hi Everyone! Its that time of year again and we are very excited to be a part of the Waterborough Historical Society Festival of Trees! This is a great community event that you won't want to miss!

This was a big project but it was awesome seeing it all come together. 16'x20' deck with 16'x16' fully covered and screened in porch with a pine shiplap ceiling to boot. It was great working with this wonderful family in Hollis and making their ideas come to life. Thanks for looking!

These lovely folks in Scarborough wanted to close their new deck in and dress it up. Completely wrapped with 1x4 PVC skirting to give it a nice finished look. Top it off with a double door in the back to make use of all the storage space underneath. This was a fun project to do and great people to work for.

Here's a rot repair we did in Shapleigh.

Are the April showers over? It was another challenge to get this French style patio door replaced in-between rain drops. Had substantial rot of course. Pulled the deck away and made all necessary repairs and no more old sliding door. Thanks for looking!

Well it's awfully wet today but had some nice weather this week to replace a leaking skylight. Pics are before and after. Thanks for looking!

Boy I've been slacking! Hope everyone is having a great summer so far. Here are some pics of some metal roofs we did earlier this year. Including another roof pipe boot repair. As always thanks for looking!

Here we have some odd jobs we did for some great folks new to the hollis area. A roof pipe repair to a old leaking flashing. A soffit repair where squirrels were making residence where we removed all the soffit and installed hardware screen behind to keep the critters out. Also a new bedroom ceiling! Thanks for looking!!

Before and after on the replacement of a basement sliding door and trim in Hollis for some great local folks. Remember! If you're having a hard time finding a contractor because your job isn't "big enough" give us a call! We love the small jobs!

Greetings! We hope you all had a wonderful, safe Christmas and New Year. Here we have a large beautiful entry door replacement. Had some of that typical rot that we see so often under the door. The rot actually went deep enough where we had to replace some of the hardwood flooring. These homeowners were a absolute pleasure to work for and even sent me before and after pics of the interior because I forgot. Thanks for looking! And here's to a great 2021!

This was a fun project. Working for a long time customer. Full one bay garage from the ground up. Was a lot of fun having the homeowner working with us. Very happy with the way it all came out. I forgot to take pics after we installed the garage door. Those will come soon. Thanks for looking!
