Monday in November means we are well on our way to holidays and 2022.
Well I took a SM and life break to rest. I ceased doing all my normal activities including training, so that I could rest.
Resting has so many benefits. In our society we are taught to be busy. And if you are not busy, you are procrastinating or lazy. For some that maybe true, however for others nope it's not.
Resting, your body allows for you to heal,recover and see the reward of all your hard work. Rest also allows you to get clear on your next steps,especially if you move or you are starting a big project.
Taking 5 weeks off from being so called busy was the best thing I ever did. Especially, after being a single parent working two jobs sometimes to make sure I could take care of my children. And now that they are all grown up starting their own families,I can do me!
Well my beautiful souls, get out there and make something of your day! Even if it's a messy one!
