Beautify The Beast

Responsibilities

+ Welcome customers, take appointments over phone and in-person, provide knowledgeable answers to customer questions about products and services, and check in and out customers.

+ Work on inventory, product replenishment, and online orders.

+ Work on Concierge Services.

+Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. alone and more with assistance of staff.

+Execute additional tasks and projects as assigned.

+Complete walk-in and scheduled bath services in a timely manner as trained by store trainer.

+ Assist with monthly operational tasks and overall organization and cleanliness of the store.

Qualifications

+ Knowledge of basic computer skills and programs including but not limited to Google Chrome and other web browsers, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

+ Have consistent and reliable transportation to work.

+ Must be available to work Fridays and/or Saturdays.

+ Must be available to work up to three holidays per year.

+ Ability to clearly communicate in person and over the phone in a professional manner without the use of slang.

+ Be a self-starter and able to self-manage to complete tasks within set deadlines.

+ Able to work with dogs, cats, and a range of exotic animals every day.

As many already know, the Element Apartment Building we are located under in Downtown Tampa had major pipe bursts, resulting in every resident forced to evacuate their homes and be stranded for hours. Many were left without phones, wallets, and pet supplies. Luckily, we were able to help them shelter their pets as they arranged housing and waited to pick up their thing from their apartments, on the house. We love all our customers, and will always lend a helping hand to those who need it. Here are some of our many pups who stayed the day with us❤️
