Singy's Wood Fired Pizza has been sold to a couple in Iowa! Thank you for all your support the past 3 years - we had a great time and met some really great people along the way. The sale came together very quickly this week so we did not get an opportunity to plan another public event to say "Thank You" to so many of you. Thanks again for everything and we hope you all have a great, and safe, rest of the summer!

We are excited to announce our first public event of the year at Next Chapter Winery! Saturday, April 27th from noon to 7PM Twin City Pie Chasers

Hi All!

Well, we have learned that selling a mobile food trailer/business in Minnesota during the winter is pretty difficult! We have a couple of potential buyers who are interested in purchasing the pizza trailer, but it has not yet been sold - Singy's Wood Fired Pizza is still "For Sale".

We have begun entering into catering contracts for May and June as well as starting to book public events for the same time period. Even if we sell the pizza trailer, all catering contracts will be honored!

If you know anyone in the south metro area of the Twin Cities looking to hire a food trailer for a private or public event, and if you like our pizza, please share our information with them.

We will be posting public events here and we look forward to seeing you again shortly.

It looks like our last public event of the season will be this Saturday, 10/7/23 at Next Chapter Winery in New Prague from Noon to 5:00 p.m. Next Chapter Winery is located at: 16945 320th St., New Prague. Come enjoy the fall afternoon with wine, cocktails and Singy's Wood Fired Pizza while relaxing alongside the acres of grape vines. We hope to see you there!

Singy’s Wood Fired Pizza is “FOR SALE”

We started Singy’s Wood Fired Pizza with the idea it would be fun to sell pizzas 1 or 2 days a week if we felt like it once we retire. Well, retirement appears to be a little further away than we hoped and given the commitment of our regular full-time jobs, we cannot see ourselves keeping up with the time and commitment of working full time and running the pizza business. We have always operated Singy’s as a part time business except for the month of June, when we could run 3 more pizza trailers at times with all the graduation party catering requests that we get (we have received numerous requests to cater graduation parties for June 2024 as well as June 2025 already – incredible)!

We are willing to sell just the Singy trailer, the truck and trailer, or the entire Singy’s Wood Fired Pizza business as a whole, which includes: the F-350 diesel pickup, pizza trailer, all the equipment and supplies (including flour and firewood), as well as the use of the dough and sauce recipes that we tweaked so many times that I have lost count of to get them to where they are today (best pizza out there in my opinion)!

We will still be operating this Fall with public events, wedding receptions and private catering events -unless the new owner wants to take over right away during which we would help with the transition and training.

We will NOT be at the Thursday evening Farmer's Market in Prior Lake for the remaining 4 Thursdays of their season, starting tomorrow. Thank you to everyone who has come out and purchased pizzas from us, we truly do appreciate it! We will work on scheduling some other public events soon. Thanks again!

Summer is winding down, so let's wine it up and soak in every last ray of sunshine on the patio!
