- Talk with everyone you know, ask how people are doing if you notice they are down.
- Educate yourself about mental illness, raising your own awareness helps your ability to recognize the signs.
- Focus on positive language in your conversations and on your social media posts.

We’ve found that we need our Januarys to reflect on what has passed, to rest and restore for what’s to come, and to revise and re-tune our intentions. So, we really don’t get started with our new year until February!

Regardless of when you start it, every new year is like a blank book. It’s one more chance to write a beautiful new story for yourself.
