Food Safety is always the top priority! At nurish we utilize several systems, processes, and technologies to monitor and track our team's work, their health, our equipment, and the food itself to ensure we provide the freshest, cleanest, healthiest, and safest food to you and your family.
Phenium (https://www.phenium.com) is one system that allows us to monitor the temperature of our refrigeration and hot/warm hold equipment but also provides us digital checklists which tell our team when to review and record our efforts.
We are alerted if a process is missed, late, incomplete, or shows a concerning outcome. We know instantly if a food item is nearing unsafe temperatures. The system will even call our CEO if a water pipe bursts!
Investment in protecting our guests, team, and supply chain are one of our highest priorities.

The future of restaurants is concept flexibility!
A single venue model focused on a solo brand brick and mortar as the only growth strategy for a brand will not compete with the nimble, agile, and flexibility built-in models that are rapidly gaining significant market share. Frankly, it is also not environmentally efficient and causes friction for consumers who want convenience and variety in their food choices.
At Nurish, we have designed our collection of brands to work in concert with up to eight menus within as little as 600 sq. ft. of total kitchen space.
Eliminating specialized equipment for single menu item preparation and cooking and ensuring our methods can be cross utilized for each item is vital to efficiently delivering fresh, hot, and consistently made dishes across the Nurish Brands.

It doesn’t get any closer, cleaner, direct or healthier than us having a Freight Farm Vertical Farm ON-SITE!!
These potentially ‘Off Grid’ farms use a fraction of the water traditional methods would. The food is picked at the pinnacle of ripeness and served within minutes to hours of harvesting!
