This past weekend Brennen Peters participated In the Quad City Blues Alumni game which is held prior to the Blues’ 13th Annual Benefit Game. This year the Blues raised money to support the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital.

Brennen is a design engineer in the HEI Moline office.

HEI’s Beloit Office Manager Marcy Leach was able to meet Wisconsin Governor Revers while he was in Beloit to talk about Workforce Development and see the facility in which HEI is currently located.

HEI is excited to be attending the 2024 Missouri State Tech Career Fair in the activity center on February 13th, 2024.

J.D. Schulte and his grandson were out delivering Old Town Cookies to Public Work Officials on Friday during the snowstorm. We would like to express thanks and appreciation to all the people who worked long difficult hours around the clock, moving snow, so we can go about our regular lives!

The saying goes “It takes a Village”! In many cases, it just starts with one.

In Trouin, Haiti, this community was able to get many of the repairs to the school's foundation and was waiting for reinforcement to do additional work. Supplies are currently very limited, but efforts are being made to ensure that they reach the areas where they are most needed for essential repairs.

They used large stones (picked from the riverbed) sand, water, and cement to make the bonding mixture, as well as rebar for reinforcement—special thanks to Jon Clark and HEI.

"Coffee with the Crew" is a hot conversation regarding the Rockford's I-39 Project! Donuts, hot beverages and information about a multimillion, multiyear rebuild of Interstate 39 in the Rockford area. Our own Joe Wick, I-39/US 20 Corridor Manager with Hutchison Engineering, Inc. along with R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. was on hand to answer questions.

Ashok Sapkota traveled home to Kathmandu for the holidays and was able to provide us with these breath-taking views! He ate Mithila Thali (meaning "full meal"), watched the lighting at Janakpur Dham, traveled to Annapurna Mountain Range and Ilam in Nepal, then to Bhaktapur Durbar Square.

Its good to have you back!
