I posted once today. I don’t know where it went. But reposting! Today is the first day of my retirement from Close to my Heart. I have product to move after 15 years of selling this wonderful product. I am selling at 1/2 off. To sweeten the deal, for every $50.00 I will give you a free stamp set.

I had my last team meeting yesterday! It was a fun time celebrating 15 years of fun with Close to my heart and my team.

I am writing to you all because some of you have been concerned for me and my small side business.

So you are getting this post to let you know that I am not signing up with SU.

It was hard for me to let go of CTMH company, team, friends, and business. I did a lot of praying, about what is next for me. I am looking forward to the next part of my life journey & getting a lifetime of projects done.

Don’t be too sad, I would still like to craft in LYU! If you would like to get together and make small works of art, please let me know!

I have a ton of 30% discounted product in my little general store, as Close to My Heart is going out of business.

Hi- In case you had not heard, Close to my Heart is retiring. Although we as makers did not see it coming, we were aware of Jeanette's health conditions, and can't blame her for her wanting to retire. I had wished that they would have sold the company to someone else who would carry on the company, but she had to do what was best for her and her family.

There is some discussion about CTMH rolling up under Stampin up. We will know more as time goes on. I know they were never a scrapbooking company and are under negotiations to buy some of our products that we sell.

For me, I plan to continue to see what we will be offered and wait until all the "cards" are on the table to decide. I will discuss it with my husband who has bee very patient with my hobby and friends. I plan on continuing holding classes and enjoying the friendships I have made. I have enough product on hand to last a longgggggg time.

Thank you for those of you who have reached out to me and were concerned. I ask that you would pray or me and what direction the Lord has for me.

We had a card designer in our Card Divas give me this inspiration for this card for our "birthday box". Please order a set of my cards ($15.00 for 6). It is designed to create a monthly set of cards using our My Acrylix Box (ordered on my CTMH Webpage) and a set of monthly dividers. Hopefully, this will aid to send out your cards on a regular and timely manner. Let me know if you are interested.

As I was driving to work one morning on a very busy road, I noticed an animal on the shoulder of the road that had been hit. However, as I passed it, it popped it's little head up.

I immediately stopped, turned around, and drove back to this little creature. I grabbed a blanket from my trunk and cradled the pup and put him in the car next to me.

By now, I was petting my new friend Buddy and telling him all would be okay. I pulled over and called every vet I could Google but I was told they were not allowed to treat wild animals.
